The following changes will not affect your service or the way you enjoy them today. With the mobile application Mi Movistar Barranquilla, you can continue consulting your contracted services and perform different procedures easily and quickly.
If you were a user of the previous Metrotel App and you already have a digital account, you just have to enter with your same email along with the password to enter your new App Mi Movistar Barranquilla.

The procedures that you can do in the application are:
· Change your Wifi password.
· Transfer of services.
· Pay your bill through PSE or Credit Card.
· View the detail of your invoice and obtain the duplicate.
· Request subscriptions or financing of your invoice.
· Change the correspondence address.
· Visualize the characteristics and values of the contracted services.
· Update your data.
· Change your phone number.
· Report damages on your telephone line.
· Activate or deactivate call restrictions for your telephone line.
In the "Help" option you will find tutorials that will indicate step by step to perform your procedures.
